Rogues Theatre is a semi-professional company with a distinct creative voice. The company is dedicated to producing plays that explore the complexity of the contemporary human experience. Rogues Theatre was launched in April 2000. Intended to act as a bridge between the ensemble work at Company of Rogues Actors’ Studio and the professional stage. Rogues Theatre is committed to the development of emerging theatre artists of all disciplines through the production of exhilarating theatre selections from the best local, Canadian, and international repertoires.

Our Venue:
The Pumphouse Theatre is a heritage building located in a beautiful park setting along the Bow River. It houses one of Calgary’s most intimate venues, the Joyce Doolittle Theatre, home to Rogues Theatre and some of Calgary’s most dynamic, provocative and innovative companies.
